We strongly encourage you to research any product online before purchasing. This helps ensure you are well-informed and truly want the item you are ordering. Due to the nature of our products, no returns or exchanges can be accepted for items that have been used in any way whatsoever. Confirming the product is right for you beforehand leads to the best outcome.

If You Need to Return an Item Here’s what you need to know:

ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS All items purchased from kcsmokeshop.com must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange. There are no exceptions:

1. Item(s) must be in original, brand-new, unused condition.
2. Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
3. IMPORTANT: Any glass damage must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Please inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon arrival.

Return Process Details:

• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not included in the purchase agreement. Refunds do not cover any expedited shipping costs from the original order.
• Tracking & Insurance: Dream KC Smoke Shop strongly encourages you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for your return shipment. Lost or damaged returns will not be credited unless the package can be tracked and is insured. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.
• Condition & Fees: You agree to a potential processing fee of 20% to 50% for items returned opened, tampered with, or with broken factory seals, even if unused. Item(s) must be returned complete with all original parts and accessories (like charging cables, covers, storage, parts). Incomplete returns may incur additional processing fees up to 50%.
• Right to Refuse: Dream KC Smoke Shop, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions and/or may require more information before processing.
• Refund Timing: Approved refunds will typically be issued within two (2) business weeks of the return being received and inspected at our warehouse, back to the original payment method.
• Outcome: Providing all conditions are met, you will receive a full refund (less any applicable fees and original shipping) or the exchanged merchandise will be sent out.

ORDERS RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days from the original delivery date.
