FREE SHIPPING DETAILS

We appreciate you choosing Dream KC Smoke Shop! As a thank-you, we offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying order within the continental U.S.

We care about your package, so we include delivery confirmation at no extra cost for all First Class Mail shipments via USPS. Most vaporizers and larger items shipped via FedEx already come with tracking, and we’ll provide that information in your order confirmation email once your package is ready to go.

For security, orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery. If you’d like an adult signature requirement, just let us know!

Tracking Info: If your tracking status shows "Not Found," give it until 7:00 PM EST for the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to update their system.

PRIVATE & DISCREET SHIPPING

Your business is your business. All orders from Dream KC Smoke Shop ship in plain, unmarked packaging—no logos, no product descriptions. The return label will simply say "Shipping Department" with our address.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping Time: Once shipped, packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Some delays may occur due to product availability or high shipping demand. If there’s an issue, we’ll do our best to keep you informed!
